On your first lesson come 15 minutes earlier, please.

An experienced lecturer will introduce you to your hot yoga lesson and will ask you about your medical issues. During a lesson only a lecturer speaks and all questions will be answered after the lesson.

Clothes:

Women – leggings or shorts, T-shirt or sports bra

Men – shorts, T-shirt

What to bring:

Yoga mat

2 towels

Bottle of watter

 

Please don’t eat at least 1 hour before a class and make sure you drink a lot of water during a day.

If you go for a morning lesson, you can eat a small breakfast.

Lessons in our yoga studio are more dynamic and intense but are also intended for beginners so you don’t have to be worry.
