Hatha yoga is thousands of years old. Everyone can practice yoga and it doesn’t matter if you are young or old or if you are not an athlete. In our yoga studio we care about your right positions in asanas and we focus not just on physical exercise but also on relaxation and breathing techniques.
Our lessons last 90 minutes and our yoga room is heated in the range of 37 to 39 degrees. During hot yoga lessons you can stretch and strengthen your muscles and muscle groups and stimulate internal organs in your body.
Why should we practise in a Hot Room?
In a hot room, our body and muscles are much more flexible because they are not cooled by the cooler air in a room so we have a chance to go deeper in positions.
Yoga in a hot room also allows to strengthen the cardiovascular system and adjust our heart rate. The exercise oxidizes the whole body and improves a blood circulation. Plus all toxic substances from our body are come out from the body.
